What is the return procedure like and how do I initiate it?

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase from Lagavi. Hence, your wish is our command!

To record your return request, please reach out to us within  48 hours of receiving the product. All you need to do is, share the photos/videos of the product(s) you wish to return and send it to support@lagavi.com, along with all relevant details. 

For a hassle-free return process, we encourage you to click a picture of the box when it arrives and shoot a video of you unboxing it.

Note: Please be sure to pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring that it is unused and that all tags, bar codes, and invoice slips are intact. Without a prior return request, we won't be able to accept any items sent back to us.

Can I exchange a product if I don't like it on receiving?

We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase. No worries! If you return a product eligible for return due to the said reason, we will issue a one-time coupon that you can use towards the purchase of any item during checkout. 

Please note that any shipping fees paid when placing the original order will not be eligible for a refund.

How much time does it take to initiate the return of a product?

Upon receiving your request for a return, our team will swiftly evaluate your request and initiate the return process within 5 business days. We understand that a timely process of return is crucial, and we strive to process them as quickly as possible.

Once verified, our team will reach out to you with the return details and simple instructions on how to pack and send the product back to us.

Which products are eligible for a return request?

In all cases where your product delivered is incorrect, broken, defective, or damaged, we'll be happy to initiate a return for you. In case you change your mind regarding an item, you can initiate an exchange request.

But certain products or categories of products are not eligible for return (For eg - customized, one-of-a-kind, or imported). Each product’s return eligibility is clearly mentioned on the individual product page.

Which products are eligible for an exchange?

Only items eligible for return can be exchanged. So please refer to the individual product pages to check its return eligibility.

Cancellation & Refund

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can submit a cancellation request at support@lagavi.com.

Upon receiving your request, your order will be immediately canceled. This means that the delivery process will be stopped, and your order will not reach you.

However, please note that cancellation may not be possible in the final stages of production or once the product is shipped.

Can I cancel a purchase once the dispatch is initiated?

No, once the dispatch process has been initiated, cancellation of the order is no longer possible. At this point, the order is in transit and cannot be canceled. Please note that once the product is dispatched, it will be delivered to the specified address only.

Is cancellation before shipping eligible for all?

Cancellation before shipping is only valid on orders placed in India, to be delivered domestically.

You have the option to cancel your order as long as the product has not been dispatched. If you decide to cancel before the dispatch, you can write to our customer support team at support@lagavi.com or call us at 9773331033.

How long does cancellation take?

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the refund process will be initiated promptly. Within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation, you can expect the refund to be processed.

What is your refund policy?

If your product has arrived broken, damaged, or defective, you have the option to either avail a coupon of the same price or request a refund to the original mode of payment used.

How do I initiate a refund request?

To record your refund request, please reach out to us within  48 hours of receiving the product. All you need to do is, share the photos/videos of the product(s) you wish to send back and mail it to support@lagavi.com, along with all relevant details.

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

The refund amount for products that are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within a period of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the product.

How will I know my order is received and confirmed? And how can I track it?

What if there are issues with the product in transit?

What is your policy for canceling or modifying a custom design order?

Yes, we understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to make changes to or cancel a custom design order. However, please note that once an order is placed for a custom design, modifications or cancellations may not be possible in the the final stages of production. We kindly request you to review and confirm your custom design specifications carefully before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience.
